Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers to define and fill open roles.
• Manage employee relations and serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on all HR-related matters.
• Administer HR programs including benefits, leave, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with all local employment laws and regulations, and stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
• Support employee development by assisting with learning initiatives, new hire orientation, and recognition programs.
• Analyze people data using HRIS to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate on HR initiatives to enhance our employer brand and improve employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of HR experience with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to handle conflict and maintain confidentiality.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of employment law is a plus.
